Licensed Associate Marriage & Family Therapist

Many of the individuals, couples, and families I work with are navigating challenges that leave them feeling stuck, overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure of how to move forward. They may be struggling with anxiety, relationship conflict, communication difficulties, low self-esteem, life transitions, family stress, or the lingering impact of difficult experiences. Often, they want a space where they can better understand themselves, strengthen their relationships, and develop practical ways to create meaningful change.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in a systemic perspective. I believe our relationships, family experiences, and environments shape how we see ourselves and interact with others. Together, we'll explore the patterns that may be keeping you stuck while building on the strengths and resilience you already possess.
I enjoy working with individuals, couples, families, teens, young adults, and parents as they navigate life's challenges and transitions. Therapy is tailored to your unique needs and goals and may include reflective conversations, practical tools, skill-building, or structured interventions designed to support growth both inside and outside of session.
Clients often appreciate my balance of compassion, curiosity, and authenticity. I strive to create a space where you feel comfortable being honest about your experiences while also feeling supported in taking meaningful steps toward change. Healing is rarely a straight line, but you don't have to navigate it alone.
Whether you're seeking greater self-understanding, stronger relationships, improved communication, or relief from emotional distress, I would be honored to support you in creating the life you want to build.
