Associate Marriage & Family Therapist

My approach to therapy is supportive, warm, and grounded in creating a safe space for healing. I offer a nonjudgmental setting where you can explore your experiences, relationships, and emotions with honesty and compassion. I aim to meet clients where they are and support them as they navigate life’s challenges.
I enjoy working with individuals, couples, and families through various stages of change and transition. My work is grounded in a systemic perspective that explores how relationships, family patterns, and past experiences shape what you face today, while honoring you as a whole person. I have experience supporting clients with a range of concerns, including trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship and communication challenges, self-esteem or identity issues, and other life stressors. My background also includes working with young adults, teens, and as supporting parents as they navigate family life and the demands of parenthood.
I approach therapy collaboratively, tailoring sessions to your needs. This may include reflective conversations, structured sessions, or tools to use between sessions. Healing often unfolds in twists and turns. I’m here to guide you with curiosity, empathy, and a touch of humor as you gain insight and foster meaningful change.
