Arrange Your Change Therapy is a fully remote, trauma-informed, relational therapy practice. Our work focuses on outpatient individuals, couples, teens, and families, using evidence-based approaches grounded in systems and trauma-informed care.

Our primary clientele includes individuals, couples, teens, and families with a wide range of presenting concerns, including trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship distress, communication challenges, life transitions, and more. We do not typically treat young children or provide crisis-level care.

Our work is grounded in relational and trauma-informed frameworks. Core orientations include Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).

Yes, board-approved LMFT supervision is available for clinicians who need it. We also offer weekly case consultation in a highly supportive and collaborative environment. 

Supervision is provided by Dr. Darrian McKiernan, a PhD-level Marriage and Family Therapist who is licensed in Arizona and Florida. She is trained in EFT, IFS, and EMDR and specialized in trauma, sexual trauma, intimacy concerns, and relational mistreatment.

Yes. We welcome graduate-level interns, pre-licensed associates, and fully licensed clinicians. Supervision is available when required.

Applicants should meet the following criteria:

• Be enrolled in a graduate therapy program or hold a full or provisional licens
• Be available for a minimum of 13 client hours per week
• Have a private, professional space suitable for telehealth sessions
• Have an interest in trauma-informed, relational clinical work
